If you have been following my photography, you’ve no doubt seen the bluebonnet image of my son before.  It’s pretty special to me for a whole host of reasons . . . not least of which – it’s reception convinced me to go pro.

Now that a year has passed since that award-winning photograph was taken, I thought it might be fun to post some of the other images captured that Spring evening.

I LOVE taking pictures of my kids.  It’s as simple as that.  The bluebonnets, were, admittedly a ruse.  I was just stoked to be taking my camera out of the bag.

Now that a year has passed and Ben O’Neal Photography is going strong, taking a look at these pictures reminds me how excited I used to get just spending time snapping images of my son and daughter.
